1. The restoration of our three railcar sets beginning with 635/765.
2. The establishment and ongoing operation of a regular rail service operating from Armidale to many locations along the Main Northern Railway such as Uralla, Kentucky, Walcha Road and Tamworth. This will also include locations north of Armidale like Guyra, Ben Lomond (Highest Station in Northern NSW), Glen Coe, Glen Innes, Deepwater, Tenterfield and the Break of gauge station Wallangarra on the NSW/QLD Border once the line is operational again.
3. The restoration and maintenance of heritage steam and diesel locomotives, rail motors, goods and passenger rolling stock, and other railway equipment for use on heritage rail services on the Main Northern Railway of NSW and associated branch lines.
4. The restoration and maintenance of the sidings at the Armidale freight facility section of the railway line and associated historical infrastructure, so as to allow the operation of heritage rail services on the main northern railway of NSW and branch lines.
5. The continued operation of an appropriate static museum display of railway equipment and memorabilia, with particular emphasis on the railway of the Main Northern Railway of NSW, for the cultural education and enjoyment of the general public.
6. The co-operation with other like-minded heritage railway societies, other historical tourist attractions, museums and hospitality businesses in joint venture undertakings on the Main Northern Railway line of NSW.
7. The promotion and active undertaking of historical railway research in co-operation with other like-minded heritage railway and other historical societies and community organisations.
8. The undertaking of any other activity seen as necessary to aid the achievement of these objects.
